Alabama Training Institute’s Executive Leadership Program (ELP) is a comprehensive training program designed to meet the ever-increasing needs of government in the areas of recruitment, retaining employees, developing existing employees and expanding the vision of what executive leaders see as their role and responsibility in leading the state.  The program will include intensive study on individual leadership strengths and weaknesses, team formation and development, change management, organizational strategy and planning, mediation, collaboration, etc.  ATI’s Executive Leadership Program will accommodate up to 20 current and future executive-level leaders per program.    Organizations may request an ELP for their own purposes where content will be customized to the agencies' needs.  In addition, ELP can be customized for individual leaders who may join a group of leaders from various organizations.  As the program expands, graduates of ATI’s Executive Leadership Program will join an alumni consortium of leaders who will meet several times throughout the year, have roundtable discussions and invited speakers, and provide a forum through which leaders can exchange ideas and information crucial to their roles in government.
