The Alabama Training Institute offers training solutions to public sector organizations.  Our numerous training programs prepare employees to meet the demands required for success in today’s workforce.  We have courses and curriculum open to all public employees, but we also design agency-specific courses at the request of our clients. 

Through the use of interactive methods such as role-playing, experiential activities, field experiences, simulation exercise and ropes courses, we help individuals uncover their own approaches to problem solving and team collaboration.

We also offer specialized training, such as the nationally accredited Certified Public Manager (CPM) program, and the Governmental Accountant and Auditor Training (GAAT) program.
